At Oceanside Masonry, safety is central to everything we build. We are committed to protecting our team, trade partners, and clients by upholding the highest safety standards on every job site.

Our proactive approach includes ongoing training, clear communication, and regular site inspections by leadership. Foremen are trained to spot hazards early, and every team member is empowered to speak up to keep our sites safe and efficient.

Certifications & Training Programs

Oceanside Masonry invests in regular safety education for all employees to ensure they’re prepared to work safely in the field.

Training and certifications include:

— OSHA 10 & 30-Hour Certification

— CPR & First Aid

Site Safety Protocols

We implement strict, job-specific safety procedures on every site to protect workers, reduce risk, and ensure a safe, productive environment. 

Our protocols include:

— Daily pre-task safety meetings (“toolbox talks”)

— Site-specific safety plans (SSSP) for larger projects

— Clearly marked hazard zones and signage

— Proper use of PPE (hard hats, gloves, eye protection, etc.)

— Routine safety inspections and compliance checks

— Incident reporting and corrective action procedures
